GLUTEN FREE, LACTOSE FREE, SOY FREE, HIGH IN FIBER AND PROTEIN & obv VEGAN!
I have always been a fan of smooth and creamy chocolate custard or pudding but have not had it in probably over 2 years until I finally satisfied my cravings this week with a new healthified and veganized pudding recipe I made. This pudding recipe is
Peanut butter and chocolate creamy pudding layered one on top of the other and garnished with crunchy toppings for the ultimate decadent bite. Sounds so wonderful and delicious but keep reading to see how easy this recipe actually is and it doesn’t require that much ingredients either.
If you have ever made chia pudding than this is exactly the recipe but we all know the struggle when eating a chia pudding. Chia seeds getting all stuck in your teeth and honestly it never tasted like a pudding to me. But the trick here is to actually blend your regular “chia pudding” using a blender and then it turns out in an actual creamy pudding.
So enough of me talking of how good this pudding is and here is the recipe for you that I hope you love and try ASAP!Read More »
Salted caramel oh how fancy it sounds but in reality all you need is 2 simple ingredients to make caramel and turn your smoothie game a nudge.
Main 2 ingredients to create a vegan caramel is dates and water/plant-based milk. That’s it really. From there you can make anything caramelly and delicious including this is super easy and yummy smoothie bowl.
- 2-3 pitted dates
- 1 TBSP flax seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp plant-based milk
Add your dates, flax seeds and 1 tbsp of milk in your blender. Pulse for few times and then blend on high until you have a smooth like caramel. Add your chopped bananas and 1/2 cup milk. Pulse for 8-10 times until you have a thick ice-cream like consistency. Add tiny bit of milk if it’s to thick and blend on high.
To make this a Chocolate Salted Caramel version you add 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and tiny bit of milk if needed. Serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings. But it’s really good without anything on top so it’s up to you.
I added fun toppings like: Hemp seeds, cocoa nibs, raw nuts, pumpkin seeds and dried fruits. But again it depends what you have and what you prefer.
Hope you enjoy it ❤

Today I will be giving a review on a package that I received from the lovely Jon over at Betterbodyfoods
About their story..
“BetterBody Foods Founder and CEO Stephen Richards has always loved to cook. Coming from a family of diabetics, he is always looking for better ways to manage his diet and health. He understand that better foods make better bodies. In 2007 Stephen was introduced to agave nectar and was immediately impressed. He traveled to the central region of Mexico where agave is grown and spent time with the farmers and industry experts there learning about the product and its benefits. After several years, Stephen had developed his own brand of agave nectar and began selling it to small local retailers. BetterBody Foods was born.
As the business began to grow, Stephen continued his search for new healthy foods. He saw how cooking with coconut oil could truly revolutionize how you eat. With help from coconut growers in the Philippines, India and Sri Lanka he brought organic coconut oil, and later coconut flour and coconut palm sugar, into the BetterBody Foods family of products.
Currently, the company has expanded to more than 80 employees and operates a 100,000 square foot organic certified facility located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Lindon, Utah. BetterBody Foods products range from superfoods like Chia and Quinoa to PBfit, a delicious, low fat powdered peanut butter. Stephen continues to ensure that all new products contribute to his original vision for the company: becoming an internationally recognized brand of high-quality, value priced natural and organic products that make a difference in people’s lives.”
“At BetterBody Foods, we believe making better food choices contributes to a happy and healthy life. We are committed to providing the best organic and natural foods for cooking, baking, health and wellness. Our goal is to teach our customers about how to use these revolutionary products to make powerful and healthy changes in their lives. We want to help you live life to the fullest.”
I totally agree that better food makes our bodies healthier and better. Eating healthy does not mean brocolli, chicken, rice or oatmeal all day. You can enjoy healthy delicious food or even dessert by just using real unproccessed ingredientes. And Betterbodyfoods products are all completely natural and organic products that will give your body good nutritients.Read More »
